Ok so all was going really well with lightening up and I was losing weight easily mostly because I was eating what I wanted but slowly and mindfully. Then along came Xmas and I eat more and drank more and exercise went out the window. I knew I had gained some weight but was surprised when I got on the scales to see I gained 3 kilos!!! Now I really want to beat myself up about it (honestly I already am...) Help!!!!! What should I do? |
