| Hello LightenUp-ers! Welcome to Section 1 of the coaching program. Make sure you subscribe to this forum topic so you can be held accountable on a weekly basis during the 12 week program.
In Section 1, one of the key steps is to sign the commitment document. This is a commitment to YOURSELF - the most important person as far as we are concerned. If you really want to make major change in your life it MUST start and finish with YOU. So subscribe to this section - 'It's all about accountability! Section 1' topic on the forum and make sure you have signed your commitment document in Section 1 of the program. Then start working on your issue and your goal as the program explains. You can also look at the VIDEO TUTORIAL on Section 1 in the 'RESOURCES' section of the LightenUp website for some extra support and guidance.
Keep in mind that uncovering your real issue is one of the hardest and usually the most emotional parts of the LightenUp program. Know that once you have clarified your issue and let out any emotion along the way you are really close to the major change you need to make to attain your best body and to feel genuinely good about yourself. Remember this is not a bandaid approach - LightenUp is the intelligent approach to weight loss - which means you that you need to do the mental and emotional work to get the results.
